Plaster Ant Farm General (master series Ant's Kingdom)

A sleekly designed plaster Ant Farm forms the heart of this setup. A completely handmade robust plaster nest, very securely mounted.

Unique moisture supply

The ant farm is specially designed with a unique moisture reservoir. From the center of the nest, you regulate the humidity with the included syringe. The system is very practical with this unique water supply.

Layout and connection General

The chambers in the middle around the moisture reservoir are shallow (5mm), allowing you to observe the center of your colony well. The chambers on the outside are deeper (10mm), allowing the workers to store their seeds and food supplies nicely there. All chambers and passages are connected to each other. Be amazed at how the ants use and arrange this space and experience for yourself whether they stick to our 'script'!
An opening has been made on both sides to connect the Ant Farm to the nest tube with the colony and the feeding dish or arena. Choose an arena (or the feeding dish) to complete your setup!

Ant Colony

Almost all ant colonies can be kept in this nest. Choose a colony above for a special price.

Feeding Set

The diet of a Lasius ant colony consists of a combination of sugar water, honeydew, and fruit flies, and for a Messor colony, seeds are also added. A feeding set can be ordered above.
