Ant's Kingdom cares a lot about your privacy. Webshop software Magento & Lightspeed

Our webshop is developed with Magento software by Web Company. Personal data that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Lightspeed is obliged by the agreement we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. Lightspeed reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.

Webhosting

Transip and Hostnet

We use web hosting and email services from Transip and Hostnet. Transip and Hostnet process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Transip and Hostnet have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Transip and Hostnet are obligated to secrecy by agreement.

Mijn webhost

We use the services of Mijn webhost for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Mijn webhost does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

To display videos about the hobby on our website, we use an API link with YouTube - YouTube API Services

For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the PayPal & Billink platform. PayPal & Billink reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. In the case of an application for deferred payment (credit facility), PayPal & Billink shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to elaborate on your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. If you subscribe to our newsletters, we share your data with the LaPosta system, for which we share your first name, last name, and email address. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Your data will then be removed from this system.

For keeping our administration and accounting, we use the services of E-Boekhouden. We share your name, address, and place of residence details, and details regarding your order. We handle your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

Purpose of data processing

We use your data solely for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you later - other than at your request - we will explicitly ask for your permission for this. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality based on the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

We retain your data as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data; we will therefore retain this data for as long as the applicable period lasts. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.

All transcripts and copies of data are provided to you in the machine-readable data format we use within our systems.

You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you suspect that we are using your personal data incorrectly.

You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data has been adjusted.

You always have the right to restrict the data that we process (or have processed) that relates to your person or can be traced back to it. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the email address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to data portability

You always have the right to have the data we process (or have processed) relating to your person or traceable thereto, transferred to another party. You can submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or duplicates of all data about you that we have processed, or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf, to the email address known to us. In such a case, it is highly likely that we will no longer be able to continue our services, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.

Right to object and other rights

In some cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Ant's Kingdom. If you object, we will immediately cease data processing pending the resolution of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will provide you with copies and/or duplicates of the data we process (or have processed) and then permanently cease processing.

Through our website, cookies are placed by the American company Google, as part of the Analytics service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website.
