Webshop software Magento & Lightspeed

Our webshop is developed with Magento software by Web Company. Personal data that you make available to us for our services will be shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Lightspeed is obliged by the agreement we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. Lightspeed reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.


Webhosting


Transip and Hostnet

We use web hosting and email services from Transip and Hostnet. Transip and Hostnet process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Transip and Hostnet have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Transip and Hostnet are obligated to secrecy by agreement.

Mijn webhost

We use the services of Mijn webhost for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Mijn webhost does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

To display videos about the hobby on our website, we use an API link with YouTube - YouTube API Services

Purpose of data processing

We use your data solely for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We retain your data as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.

If your request is granted, we will send you copies or duplicates of all data about you that we have processed, or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf, to the email address known to us. Right to object and other rights

In some cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Ant's Kingdom.
