Breeding

In the butterfly garden, you breed your own butterflies. As soon as you receive the caterpillars, you can immediately begin the wondrous process of caterpillar to butterfly!

Shipping and care

You can choose when the caterpillars are shipped after ordering them from the breeder using the coupon (shipping costs only, pay with PayPal/credit card). Once dispatched by our breeder, delivery is within 1-2 weeks.

Now you can really get started. Butterfly breeding can be done from March to September. The aim is to send 10 caterpillars, with a guarantee of receiving at least 7, and that these will grow into healthy butterflies.

First, the caterpillars receive their own food (included) so they can grow well. Then, they hang upside down in crystal-like spun cocoons. In the final stage, they emerge as beautiful butterflies. Observe them for a few days and then release them.

Usage

The butterfly garden is reusable, and after the butterflies have flown out, it's also a perfect home for other insects such as ladybugs, praying mantises, or stick insects. The product can therefore be used multiple times to study nature more closely.

Shipping and care

The package is in stock and we can ship it every working day until 4:30 PM. The shipping of the caterpillars is separate from the shipping of the breeding net with the enclosed coupon (for only shipping costs with PayPal/credit card). The caterpillars are shipped by our breeder from England. Generally, the shipping time for the caterpillars is about one week.

Ant mask  

Introduction  

With this cool ant mask, you'll see the world like a real insect. The compound eyes are incorporated into two beautiful lenses. The compound lenses consist of multiple small lenslets, allowing you to see everything in small parts. Additionally, everything appears red through these glasses. Just like ants, you now only see one hue.

How to use  

You can easily flip the compound lenses forward or backward. This allows you to see everything in red normally or to look with compound eyes like a real insect. Recommended for children aged 4 and above.

Tree Bark Substrate
